Placing an Order

Ordering has never been this easy before! Simply follow the instructions, filling the required fields with the necessary information. Please be informed that inadequate or wrong information will delay the processing of your order. Be especially careful when entering numbers. Correct billing addresses are required, as well as confirmation if being shipped to a different location.If you do experience difficulties submitting your order, or you are unable to locate a specific product, our well-informed salesmen are available for assistance.

Payment Options

For customer’s convenience, we offer the below payment options:

• We accept checks (drawn on a US Bank with US funds), wire transfers, money orders, CODs, and all major credit cards as Mastercard and Visa.

• Orders paid by personal or company check will be shipped upon clearing the bank.

• There is a $7.50 surcharge for COD orders at which certified checks, bank checks or money orders are acceptable.

Return Policy

Since individual orders are specific to customer, all sales are final because there would not be a re-sale value, The customer must notify 1 STOP Inc. within 5 business days of the order acceptance if any defect are discovered in the order product, otherwise customer is deemed satisfied with the product. If any dedect is verified it is our errors, we will reprint the order. The customer must return 100% of the received product within 10 business days ( at their own expense ) from the time when delivery or pick up was taken, otherwise that would be not refund or credit given.

Typographical Errors does not hold any responsibilities and is not obligated to fulfill orders with incorrect pricing or product specifications due to typographical errors. We shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such order without liability.

Stock Availability

Merchandise advertised is generally in stock. Should we become oversold due to any unpredicted reason, will not be held accountable for fulfillment of these requests.
