Colour format requirements:
Preparing Your PDF file?
Your PDF file should be 300 dpi in CMYK color mode with 1/16” bleed on all sides. Images and fonts should be embedded/linked. Multiple page products should be prepared as one PDF file with multiple pages. ie: A 2 sided postcard will be 1 PDF file with 2 pages.
All files should be in CMYK Colour. For all
"vector based" formats*, all including images should
be in CMYK Colour.
Acceptable file formats:
.PDF (300dpi)
.TIFF (300dpi)
.AI*
.EPS*
.JPG (300dpi) [Not recommended for large prints]
Size requirements:
For all sizes 0.07" bleed* should be
added on each side and all sensitive data should be more than .1875"
away from the cutting edge
*Bleed is an extra amount of space required
on all sizes of a document which gives the printer ability
to reduce print inconsistencies and a safe cutting area without
damaging the design.
Text Requirements:
All text layers in your design should be
Embedded or Curved
Make sure you have verified that spelling, graphics and content are correct. You are satisfied
with the document layout. You understand that your document will print EXACTLY as it
appears here, that we cannot make any changes once your order is placed and that we
